Take the printout to a copier and copy it on to the color you want. If not, then delete and reinstall the driver.

Clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge and carriage with a cotton swab and alcohol. Now it will not print anything in black and just barely in majenta. It doesn’t seem to be the cable, and if it’s happening with printef computers it may not be the driver?

It will print only one page, but will not drop it completely down in the tray and then the lights start blinking????? Either one will automatically install the correct software.
This one I am up to at least 50! Either the a color s is exhausted or the cartridge is defective. I thought that perhaps the black ink cartridge was out of ink and it defaulted to the color ink cartridge.
If you ever find a solution a post would be great!!! Get the belt here: Using damp Q-tips [not wet or dripping], gently and carefully wipe off the copper colored electrical plates on the cartridges and the electrical contacts inside the holder assy.
I have had the printee problem from time to time and have had to feed paper until the prlnter has cleared all of the stored informaiton for the print job. I have been able to print everything else.
