After several days, my auido once again booted with no audio support. Don’t want to upset you or anything but your mobo might be incompatible with Win 8.

KMix also does not show for example stereo output. I tried booting to older kernels, playing with boot kernel options, just being silly ’cause I don’t know what I’m doing.
Realistically though, the drivers would be much more practical and probably almost identical, so download that from station-drivers instead. I placed the problem in M3 audil.
So, I restarted with the default boot options and the modern Gnome menu and desktop appeared.
From the drop down list under drivers only Win 7 x64 seems to be supported,i am not saying that Windows 8. Also by just posting in another subforum, you probably won’t get more replies.
